Senior Knowledge Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact in the development and implementation of knowledge management initiatives.

About the Role

This is a part-time role that will see you working closely with our Head of Knowledge and section leaders to develop and implement precedents and projects plans for our national Commercial practice groups.

  • Develop and implement precedents and projects plans for national Commercial practice groups
  • Facilitate development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements
  • Draft and maintain precedents
  • Be a champion for style guide compliance
  • Work cross-functionally to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms
  • Conduct file audits in conjunction with the Risk team
  • Write key matter summaries for business development
  • Maintain awareness of legislative and case law changes and provide regular updates to Commercial practice groups
  • Prepare and deliver legal educational training
  • Deliver style, precedents, and writing training to the firm
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of four years of post-admission experience in Corporate and Commercial law
  • A strong interest in knowledge sharing, precedent development, and style compliance
  • Advanced document drafting and contract review skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritise and project manage autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen interest and experience in delivering training
