Job Overview

The Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing strategic priorities and building an ecosystem through stakeholder engagement. This involves collaborating with key stakeholders to grow a national network, promote programs and services, and identify funding opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders nationally.
  • Promote aged care initiatives and services.
  • Secure funding for ongoing innovation and collaboration.
  • Support the delivery of high-impact projects through coaching, guidance, planning, implementation, and project governance.
About You

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional with expertise in the aged care sector and project management skills.

Key Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree combined with experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Proven track record in preparing business cases, grants, commercial proposals, and philanthropic applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to large groups and facilitating workshops.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, including attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
