- Collaborate with study teams and provide dedicated support from line managers.
- Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Mentor and support other team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of prior monitoring experience in global trials.
- Strong background in Oncology monitoring and knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP and local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability for travel and occasional office work.
