Claims Treatment Specialist
">About the Role:- Develop and implement strategies to optimise medication and treatment management.
- Assess high-risk medication use and provide clinical opinions on treatment strategies.
- Liaise with treatment providers to negotiate medication types, dosages, and utilisation.
- Provide training and support to operational team members on medication management best practices.
- Utilise expertise as community pharmacist to advise on medication, communicate with injured workers and doctors, and collaborate with prescribers to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.
- Optimise medication plans and educate stakeholders and operational team members on medication-related issues.
- Support recovery in line with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- Current registration in professional field.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical practice.
- Well-established knowledge of disability and injury management best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
