Site Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our construction project from inception to completion. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

About the Role
  • You will have proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering on budget and on time.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to drive site teams effectively and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings, manage programs, and deliver projects according to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all on-site activities, including groundworks, trades coordination, and subcontractor management.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain open communication and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, as well as quality control measures.
  • Providing progress reports, managing project programs, and proactively addressing challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Your Background
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial or education builds, preferably with experience leading projects worth $5m–$10m+
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, manage programs, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Leadership skills, with experience driving site teams and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
