Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience in operational leadership roles, ideally in early childhood education or a related people-centred sector.

  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards.
  • The ability to coach, mentor, and uplift leaders, tailoring your approach to different individuals and contexts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and supportive style.
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your region.
