Job Description

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our Australian portfolio. This pivotal role will drive financial performance, growth, and operational excellence across multiple hotels, focusing on delivering revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and ensure efficiency, cost management, and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and execute commercial, sales, and revenue strategies, adapting to changing market conditions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with a visible, hands-on approach, ensuring hotels achieve set targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver results and cultivate a high-performing culture.
  • Partner with hotel GMs, Sales & Marketing, and Shared Services to optimize performance, strengthen operations, and grow market share.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need proven success as a Regional/Area Manager overseeing multiple hotels. You should have strong commercial and financial acumen, exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.
