Service Desk Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Provide high-quality technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
