Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying items for purchase or reorder.
  • Creating orders with vendors using various methods.
  • Responding to branch requests for parts and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Performing stock levelling between branches.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the network to respond quickly to changing requirements.

To be successful, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with Excel/VBA.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Levelling inventory across the network.
  • Supporting general inventory-related questions from the branches.
  • Ensuring items with long lead times are ordered sufficiently.
  • Identify and recommend adjustments to specific inventory levels.
