Inventory Coordinator Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume responsibility for inventory management, analysis and support services. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for providing inventory control, analysis and management support to our branches.

About the Position:

  • Determine inventory items requiring purchase or reorder
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Process orders with vendors using multiple methods
  • Respond to branch requests for parts orders
  • Conduct inventory stock levelling between branches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address changing requirements
  • Analyse and resolve problems at their root
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in inventory management
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data analysis ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Proficiency in Excel/VBA
  • Strong forecasting ability and analytical skills
