Inventory Manager

About the Role:
  • Maintain procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of maintenance materials, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and operating procedures.
  • Participate in cost reduction initiatives.
  • Develop new systems and procedures to optimize procurement efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to verify supplier compliance.
  • Investigate vendor options.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance against key performance indicators.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Plan and forecast ordering of inventory items to minimize shortages.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assess supplier performance and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate periodic stock counts and audits.
