Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team in Perth.

The primary function of this role is to create and maintain a productive, safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible working environment.

You will promote a positive HSE culture by conducting workplace inspections, providing guidance, and supporting front-line leaders in their roles.

You will also be responsible for analyzing HSE data, compiling reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interpret legislation, industry standards, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to front-line leaders on HSE matters.
  • Analyze HSE data and compile reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an HSE role.
  • Ability to interpret legislation, Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, and relevant industry practices.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
