HSE Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team based in Victoria Park, where you will support the Health, Safety and Environmental function.

About the Role

You will work closely with key stakeholders to influence continuous improvements across internal HSE systems and initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing health, safety and environmental support to our Corporate division, developing campaign material to promote HSE awareness, reviewing and implementing HSE systems, conducting investigations and preparing presentations and workshops.

  • Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve HSE knowledge and skills
  • Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement HSE initiatives
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in HSE or a related field, experience in a similar role within construction and/or resource industry experience is advantageous. You will also need excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, the ability to work autonomously and show initiative with a strong work ethic. Flexibility for short-term site travel from time to time is required.
