About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Lead Engineer to join our team at EFinancialCareers Ltd. as a key member of our Data Platform team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of data platforms.
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver monitoring and improving the operational experience of the data platform.
  • Contribute to exciting pipeline automation initiatives.
  • Update existing systems and integrate improvements to work on the applications already in operation.
  • Liaise closely with tech stakeholders, value stream leads, and other key contacts.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of data analytics DevOps tools and Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience in automated deployments and continuous integration.
  • Knowledge of a combination of the following tools: SQL, Data Bricks, Git Hub/Bit Bucket, Azure CICD, Azure Dev Ops.
  • A progressive attitude to delivering software and infrastructure, appreciating the importance of automating all aspects of the stack in an Agile manner.
  • Exposure to operating within environments of large-scale change and transformation.
