About the Role
- Assist with cost estimates for small, medium, and large projects by researching and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project estimates.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in project costs.
Requirements
- A degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Or a minimum of 12 months' experience in construction estimating (on-the-tools or in-office role).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
