Operations Manager for SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance team. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the implementation and operational support of customer service and facility management modules.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, leading SAP support personnel, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee daily operations and support for SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Lead and manage the MRO and Plant Maintenance workstream for a large SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
  • Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables.
  • Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the business direction.
  • Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to changing business requirements.
