Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trolley collection and cleaning services to ensure consistently safe and efficient customer shopping experiences.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain a focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Ability to work safely with floor cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Capacity to lift heavy items (up to 16kg).
