Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead who can build strong relationships with our clients, drive business value, and help them achieve success through technology.
This key role involves collaborating closely with clients to develop and maintain strategic plans for their Cyber Security and IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Lead regular client meetings to review progress, discuss goals, and identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on Cyber Security and IT health to keep clients informed and secure.
- Support sales activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and translate technical information into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) in a similar client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security principles and IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills; clear, friendly, and professional.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
