
Lead Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the service department and front-of-store operations, ensuring that our checkouts and customer service desk are always exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers and team members.
This role requires a proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent service standards, keeping the checkout area clean and safe for our team and customers, and driving a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing environments and experience in leading high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
