Westpac Commercial Banking supports Australian industry through a network of professional bankers, specialists and support teams.
We have a dedicated Industry Specialisation team and are looking for someone to manage our Healthcare portfolio.
Relationship Directors manage and develop a portfolio of large business connections with lending and focus on winning new-to-bank customers.
You'll drive growth, source clients through marketing initiatives, and maintain a quality referral network, while ensuring our existing customers receive an excellent experience.
It's a high-touch role with collaboration across bank specialists.
You'll lead coaching and mentoring within your team and maintain a strong market presence externally.ResponsibilitiesManage a specialist Healthcare portfolio with a strong business development focusJoin our Health team during an exciting growth periodLead and mentor internal teams and collaborate with bank specialistsWhat do I need?
We are looking for a seasoned banker with extensive experience in corporate and commercial lending.
Strong credit skills and experience with complex deal structuring are essential.
You will be supported by a team of analysts and portfolio managers.
You should have a proven track record in business development, including acquiring new-to-bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources and brokers.
You should also be comfortable originating home lending as part of the overall funding proposition to clients.Why join us?
