Job Description

  • Manage the success of our clients in the Asia Pacific region, maximizing customer retention and engagement.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to drive net expansion and upsells into our customer base.
  • Act as an individual contributor in selling new logo business in the region.
  • Implement best practices for measuring and improving customer sentiment and customer health globally.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of New logo, Upsell, and customer churn in the region and maintain data accuracy within our CRM system.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, advocacy, career development, and performance management for team members under management.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations for proper implementation of tools and processes needed.
  • Work closely with strategic partners in the Americas to help drive upsell and customer retention.
  • Attend in-person at networking and industry events as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through true understanding of, and passion for, solving client problems.
  • Support clients as their partner, navigating complex enterprise-level organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with Technical Solutions teams to provide best-in-class customer experience during trials/pilots.
  • Deliver demos of our platform to support the business as needed.
  • Engage and lead commercial and contractual discussions to expand our existing customer base.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a SaaS Customer Success and/or sales role.
  • Proven experience of achieving quota for new customers and/or existing customers roles for a SaaS provider.
  • External candidates will require 3+ years of people management experience in a SaaS Sales function.
  • Experience in selling business intelligence data and analysis/insight to an analytical buyer.
  • Ability to understand and apply sales methodologies – MEDDICC specifically.
  • Significant experience selling into and maintaining strong relationships at a senior level within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas concisely, articulately, and appropriately.
  • Genuine customer empathy.
