We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Client Director with our awesome team in Sydney.
With a core focus in Offline Media, and additional input on Digital Strategy, the scope of this role presents the opportunity to continue your exposure to all facets of media planning and strategy, using channels both online and offline to help solve for our clients' business challenges.
Your immediate responsibilities will include the ownership of our relationship with our clients, a lead role in our media strategy and planning, the management and development of your client team, and the management of your team P&L.
Core responsibilities: Day to day leadership of our client relationships, the ownership and oversight of ongoing campaign planning and brief responses (including the integration of our Strategy, Investment, and Programmatic teams)Effectively manage direct reports to ensure progression through the agency; including recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, feedback and training Leading external agencies (digital and creative) in delivering integrated projects Responsible for the connectivity, consistency and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including; strategy, comms planning and investment and optimization Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drive seamless delivery and profitability of account A bit about you: Comprehensive understanding of the Australian media marketplace Strong understanding of the categories in client portfolio Excellent client service skills – the ability to gain trust and confidence People focused with a nurturing and warm style – you get the best out of people Proven ability to build trust quickly, to enable the team and support them Working experience with TV, OOH and Digital Planning tools Excellent analytical skillset and proven ability to draw data driven insights in a planning heavy environment What's in it for you: Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set up The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University Become a champion for meaningful progress: Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
