We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Job DescriptionAn Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse to achieve patient-focused quality care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Certified as an Enrolled Nurse by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups
- Effective clinical communication skills, including the use of information technology and written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills
- Knowledge of and ability to work within a person-centered approach to nursing
