Salary Packaging Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our financial services organization, you will be responsible for ensuring positive ongoing client relationships and maximum exposure of products and services to employees.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly reviewing all customers' fleets through effective reporting and seeking opportunities to reduce costs through increased fleet optimisation.
  • Managing ongoing customer retention and building strong relationships with customers to optimise their product adoption.
  • Identifying opportunities for adoption, licence growth and the roll out of other key projects.
  • Conducting on-site education activities as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships at senior corporate level.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing Industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field (preferred but not essential).
