Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on providing World Class Customer Service to corporate clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times. This includes monitoring and prioritizing workflows to ensure service-level agreements are met, liaising with internal teams to coordinate any issues, and resolving escalation and urgent enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you will also be required to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Languages: Native Japanese language skills are essential for this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
