Credit Strategy Lead

As a key member of our team, you'll approach new challenges with a clean sheet of paper and deliver solutions that are radically better than what's available today.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the performance of acquisition and continuous credit strategies across all credit products using analytics to identify opportunities or areas that require improvement within the entire credit portfolio lifecycle.

You'll work closely with stakeholders including the Product and Pricing committee, Continuous Credit Group, and Portfolio Management Team to develop relationships with senior leadership by creating and maintaining robust reporting and analytical insights.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and providing expert guidance on credit strategy to inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improving efficiency across the credit portfolio, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

In addition, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on credit risk management, financial analysis, and portfolio optimization to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
