
Sales Business Development Representative

Welcome to our Sales Account Executive role where you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.
**Job Description:**
In this dynamic position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, discussing business strategies and educating them on our products and services that provide value and support their goals.
You will:
- Qualify inbound inquiries and advance them through the sales process to increase conversion opportunities
- Maintain strong rapport with existing customers, understanding their business needs and providing additional solutions to optimize growth
- Provide product support, answer questions, and offer resources to ensure success and achieve goals
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new ways to improve and optimize sales activity
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge to support current and potential customer questions
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Fluent English language (C1/C2)
- Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent in a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in sales or business development in IT
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and present verbally and in writing
- Technical savvy and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
- Knowledge of the internet and social media
