Are you a highly organized and proactive individual seeking a challenging role in legal administration?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our Class Actions department.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our busy Lawyers and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Filing and managing documents
  • Coordinating appointments and diaries
  • Corresponding with clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing legal correspondence and court documents
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required (photocopying, archiving files, billing)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in legal administration or a customer-facing role
  • An organized approach with a high attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills in legal administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick up new software packages
  • A passion for working in a Plaintiff Law environment
  • Independence and initiative, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
