Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis in Doncaster.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, determining their requirements
  • Liaise with the workshop and parts departments
  • Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed manufacturers CSI targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a Retail Automotive Service Department
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional attitude and well-organised
  • Current driver licence
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Care and attention to detail
