At Essendon Nissan we are now seeking an experienced performance-driven
**Service Advisor** who can focus on delivering exceptional service to all our valued guests.

The successful applicant will be working closely with the Service Manager, you will be 100% focused on managing and exceeding your guest' expectations whist their vehicle is in our care.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Proven experience in a similar high paced role
- Strong customer service with the ability to maintain good relationships with guests
- Experience using ERA
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driving license
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
