**Essendon Mitsubishi is now seeking a performance-driven Service Advisor who can focus on delivering exceptional customer service to all our valued clients.**

This is a Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 5:00 role. The successful applicant will be working closely with the Service Manager, you will be 100% focused on managing & exceeding your customers' expectations whist their vehicle is in our care. If you are enthusiastic and passionate, then we want you

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Proven experience in a similar high paced role
- Strong customer service with the ability to maintain good relationships with your clients
- Experience using ERA
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driving license
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
- Right to work in Australia
