Records Governance Specialist

Job Summary

Our team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of records and information across our organization.

We implement a tailored Records Management framework, aligned with business requirements and overseen by governance forums.

As a valued member of our team, you will support senior management in maintaining high-quality governance of records and information management.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning practices with internal policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge and experience in information governance and records management frameworks
  • Understanding of technology platforms supporting information governance
  • Experience in complex business environments, preferably in financial services, managing senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in information management are advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Support senior management in ensuring high-quality governance of records and information management.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning practices with internal policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain knowledge of information governance and records management best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective records management processes.
