Our team is seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our expert group.

">Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing a deep understanding of your area of specialty to the project team. You will lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, presenting technical and business concepts to various stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you need someone who has a strong technical understanding of infrastructure and operations management, coupled with demonstrated experience in influencing and consulting.

  • Configure applications, workflows and user interfaces
  • Work in culturally diverse, matrixed project teams
  • Identify customer use cases, requirements and other relevant inputs for the overall success of the deployment
  • Contribute innovation ideas for best practices, service offerings, and implementation methodology
  • Mentor colleagues, customers and delivery partners in configuration best practices

Experience and certification in at least three of the following product areas are required:

  • ServiceNow administration (Certified System Administrator)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM - Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Hardware asset management (Hardware Asset Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Software asset management (Software Asset Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Discovery (Discovery – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Service mapping (Service Mapping – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Event management (Event Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Cloud management (Cloud Provisioning and Governance – Certified Implementation Specialist)

Expertise in ITIL / CMDB implementations, ITSM processes, software asset management, infrastructure knowledge, Windows Domain and Unix system administration, and cloud management platforms is considered favourable.
