At bebeeidentity, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Identity Specialist to contribute to the development and maintenance of our digital technology infrastructure.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex identity solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in the field of identity management.

About the Role:
  • Design, deliver, and support workforce identity services across on-premise and public cloud environments.
  • Enhance critical directory platforms such as Active Directory and Entra, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide expert technical consulting to mature the function in business-as-usual operations and deliver robust work products for projects aligned with design standards, patterns, and identity strategy.
  • Maintain awareness of internal and external standards and compliance obligations, driving platform compliance to these standards/obligations.
  • Communicate with business-as-usual and project teams regarding allocation in line with agreed targets.
  • Actively maintain knowledge of best practices and industry direction for both directory technologies and across the wider IAM domain.
