Commercial Director of Racing Operations

We are seeking a Commercial Director of Racing Operations to lead our efforts in expanding the reach and revenue of Victorian Thoroughbred Racing.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive commercial growth, improve performance, and align with long term organisational goals.
The ideal candidate will have senior level experience in commercial management, a deep understanding of the wagering landscape, and a proven ability to deliver results in fast paced, customer driven industries.
