Seeking a skilled professional with expertise in sustainable building practices to drive positive change and contribute to our dynamic team.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with clients to achieve sustainability goals
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge building performance strategies
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and energy audits to optimize building efficiency
  • Promote Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings
  • Deliver high-quality NABERS evaluations and improvement plans
  • Support Green Star certification projects through analytical models and reports
  • Foster collaboration between clients and stakeholders to drive sustainability outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sustainable solutions that minimize environmental impact
  • Analyze client needs and develop tailored strategies for improved building performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations
  • Proven track record in Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Project management experience with a focus on client relationship development
  • Highly regarded building performance simulation experience (IES or similar)
  • Chartered Engineer status or working toward chartership
  • Green Star Accredited Professional certification
  • NABERS Assessor accreditation
  • CBD Accreditation
