Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to provide high-level support to Brigade, Groups and Units (BGU's) in the Metropolitan South East Region.
About the Position- The successful candidate will focus on management, administration, and logistical needs of BGU leaders, DFES Managers, and Local Governments.
- Provide strategic support to BGU leaders and teams, ensuring administrative and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with DFES Managers and Local Governments to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote volunteer engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure data-driven decision-making.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
