Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Applications Specialist to join our team. As an Applications Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering business applications that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to consult with stakeholders, gather requirements, test, and transition application changes.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining user and system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultancy services, day-to-day support, IT change management, reporting, and application management.
  • Support business applications by managing system changes and small projects.
  • Assist with incident and request management services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You will also require:

  • A current resume/CV.
  • A two-page written application addressing all the Essential Work-Related Requirements (Selection Criteria).
  • A copy of all qualifications as specified in your application or resume/CV.
  • An application form for hard copy applications only.
