About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our business operations in Perth.

The Branch Administrator will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our branch and contributing to our company's success.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  • Provide administrative support, including processing job cards, invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, logging breakdowns and preparing quotes
  • Assist with daily branch operations, including office management tasks such as ordering supplies, monitoring fuel usage and reordering, and arranging postage requirements
  • Contribute to marketing efforts if suitably skilled

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly phone manner, and the ability to build rapport. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with a goal-oriented mindset and a customer-focused approach. Adaptability and attention to detail are also key attributes for this role.
