As an Analyst in Global Market Dealers and Front Office, you'll support Treasury transactions, ensuring deals are completed correctly and on time.

This role works closely with Assistant Vice Presidents to mitigate operational risks, drive customer outcomes, and monitor transaction queues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enter Treasury-related transactions into internal/external systems, including Money Market, FX, or Derivatives items

  • Sort and distribute maturing corporate deals for dealer instructions

  • Confirm transactions and instructions with counterparties and follow-up outstanding items

  • Check dealing evidence and SWIFT confirmations (MT320 / MT399)

  • Authorize STP deals, book transfers, and trades in the external matching/settling system

  • Release STP payment orders for Corporate and Interbank MM transactions

  • Prepare customer notices, documents, and confirmations for corporate customers

  • Monitor confirmation matching via SAMH and prepare SWIFT messages

  • Ensure timely and accurate payment/settlement of GMO products, observing established cut-off times

  • Reconcile funds received to settle all transactions and investigate unallocated funds

  • Handle customer and internal enquiries, following up on outstanding items

  • Build good working relations and open communications with stakeholders and customers

  • Check end of day balancing/reconciliation

  • Prepare daily and monthly reports for Operations Management

Requirements:

Ideally, you'll have 2 years' experience in a similar or related Global Markets Operations role. Experience with Austraclear and/or Swift is highly advantageous.

You must be able to work under pressure, with good time management skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
