About This Role

This position focuses on ensuring the quality and accuracy of customer relationship management (CRM) data. As a CRM Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and standardising CRM records using Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Review and update CRM records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Validate data against internal rules and trusted sources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify or complete missing data
  • Support data quality checks and assist with reporting and documentation

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with databases or CRM systems is highly desirable.
