Key Responsibilities

  • Geographical Segmentation: Segment schools into state-specific clusters for targeted engagement initiatives.
  • Data Management Optimization: Develop a streamlined database structure to enhance overall data management efficiency.
  • Tracking Metrics Enhancement: Introduce new touchpoints and metrics for in-depth monitoring of customer interactions.
  • Monthly Reporting: Design and implement a comprehensive system for generating monthly activity reports.

The SugarCRM Cleanse Specialist will also implement access controls to restrict specific screen sections, ensuring secure data handling and seamless CRM integration with external systems.

Additionally, the specialist will create a systematic method for tagging essential contacts at each school, facilitating efficient communication when needed.
