Want to make a real impact by helping improve the quality of our CRM data? This is a 12-month contract role in a friendly, purpose-driven team working on a key organisational project. You'll support the cleansing, validation, and enrichment of member and organisational records in Microsoft Dynamics, working alongside our CRM Specialist and liaising with internal teams to ensure data is accurate and ready for the future.

What you'll be doing:

  • Review, update and standardise CRM records using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Validate data using internal rules and trusted sources (e.g. AHPRA)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify or complete missing data
  • Support data quality checks and assist with reporting and documentation

This is a contract role (12 months) on a full-time basis, working with our Member Fulfillment team.

About you:

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Confident using databases or CRM systems (Dynamics experience a bonus)
  • Great communicator – happy to clarify details with colleagues or external contacts
  • Comfortable working independently and following structured processes
