Job Title: Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our team. This key customer service role will play a vital part in ensuring that our clients receive dignified farewells for their pets.

Your duties will include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics
  • Assisting clients who bring pets to our premises
  • Preparing our viewing facilities for client visits
  • Working closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises
  • Accurate data entry and payment processing tasks
  • General office administration duties as needed

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a high standard of writing skills. You should also be a supportive and positive team member with a 'can do' attitude, reliable, organised and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate pet aftercare bookings
  • Support clients during their time of need
  • Prepare facilities for client visits
  • Work collaboratively with the preparation, crematorium and area manager teams

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high standard of writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office experience essential)
  • Flexibility to meet the changing needs of the business
