We are part of a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.

Our dedicated and caring team offers dignified farewells for much-loved family pets through best-practice cremation services and pet crematoriums.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate pet lover to help clients with pet aftercare and honour their pet's lifetime of unconditional love.

The role requires a people person to work flexibly between two teams.

Your Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with vet clinics and the public
  • Assist clients who bring pets to our premises
  • Prepare viewing facilities for client visits
  • Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to deliver on our promises
  • Carry out data entry and payment processing tasks
  • Undertake general office administration duties as needed

You Will Also Be Responsible For:

  • Placing pet ashes into keepsake offerings such as urns, jewellery or wooden boxes
  • Engraving
  • Stock management and replenishment

This role requires a physically fit person who can work on their feet for significant periods of time.

  • Reliability, trustworthiness and pride in your work
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritise tasks professionally
