**About the role**

Our Keepsake Preparation and Client Care teams are growing and we are looking for a compassionate pet lover to help our clients' with pet aftercare and to honour their pet's lifetime of unconditional love.

The Keepsake Preparation and Client Care Coordinator is an interesting role that requires a "can do" people person to work flexibly between two teams.

Your role in the Client Care team:

- Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics
- Assist clients who bring pets to our premises
- Prepare our viewing facilities for client visits
- Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, every time, every day
- Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing tasks
- Undertake general office administration duties as needed.

Your role in the Keepsake Preparation team:

- Place pet ashes into our keepsake offerings such as urns, jewellery, or wooden boxes
- Engrave
- Stock management and replenishment.

This role requires a physically fit person as you will be on your feet for a significant part of the day.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Office experience
- Be physically fit and strong for manual handling duties
- Be reliable, trustworthy and takes pride in their work
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritise tasks in a calm and professional manner.
- Strong computer skills
- Be an organized and is a neat and tidy worker
- Be fully COVID vaccinated
