About the Role

Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's success from opening day and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders to drive accommodation stays, group and convention business.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed commercial goals.
  • Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize room, food and beverage, MICE, and miscellaneous revenue performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably with 1 year in a multi-unit capacity with direct supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive results.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans, establish goals and objectives, and deliver projects on time.
  • Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
