Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Records Management

At Ethos BeathChapman, we're committed to delivering excellence and innovation. We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Enterprise Records Management experience to join our team and contribute to an exciting program of work.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior PM and work closely with the Enterprise Records Management team and business stakeholders to develop, embed, and comply with technology that supports information and records management.

The records life cycle includes creation, distribution, maintenance, disposition, and preservation. This role will facilitate and gather functional requirements from the business to establish key needs and challenges from a business and technical perspective.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating business requirements to support new ways of working
  • Providing information and data knowledge, as well as advice and guidance relating to record management
  • Working with business and technology SMEs

We're looking for a candidate with relevant experience in records or document management. If you're passionate about information management and have a strong understanding of business requirements, we'd love to hear from you.
