**Job Opportunity:** A dynamic wholesale bakery manufacturing company in Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Patisserie Specialist.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in bread manufacturing, with a strong focus on sourdough production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expertly preparing and baking a variety of bread and pastry products, including curating sourdough and hand-kneading products.

To succeed in this position, you will require excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced team environment, and effectively contribute to team goals. Additionally, you must possess a professional work attitude and own a car, residing within a 35-minute driving distance from Braeside.

This is a full-time position offering flexible options for either 5 days a week or part-time arrangements. You will enjoy comfortable shifts lasting between 6-8 hours during early morning and morning schedules. Comprehensive training is provided to enhance your skills and knowledge, and you will benefit from pay rates that exceed the industry standard.
