Electrical Operations Manager Opportunity

This is a pivotal role with significant influence across safety, productivity, and innovation. As the leader of electrical engineering operations and compliance in a dynamic underground mining environment, you will be responsible for delivering safe and efficient maintenance and production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical teams to deliver high-quality maintenance and production results.
  • Drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with site and group engineering teams on strategic projects.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of all electrical assets on site.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree.
  • NSW Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in contract management and project delivery.
  • Qualifications in risk management, leadership, or project management (desired).
